This is a list of patents (Attachment 1) in the MPEG-4 Visual Patent Portfolio License (updated April 1, 2024). Under the MPEG-4 Visual Patent Portfolio License, royalties are payable for products Manufactured or Sold in countries with an active MPEG-4 Visual Patent Portfolio Patent at the time of Manufacture or Sale. Please note that patents are presently active in the US and Brazil.
Licensors agree to include all MPEG-4 Visual Essential Patents that they and their Affiliates presently or in the future have the right to license or sublicense.
