Pursuant to Section 1.13 of the AVC Patent Portfolio License, "AVC Standard" shall mean the video standard defined in:
I. ISO/IEC 14496-10:2008, 4th Edition (2008-09-15) for all profiles specified therein,
II. ISO/IEC 14496-10:2010, 6th Edition (2010-12-15) for all profiles specified therein,
III. ISO/IEC 14496-10:2014, 8th Edition (2014-09-01) for all profiles specified therein,
IV. Recommendation ITU-T H.264, 12.0 Edition (2017-04-13) for all profiles specified therein,
V. Recommendation ITU-T H.264, 13.0 Edition (2019-06-13) for all profiles specified therein,
VI. Recommendation Rec. ITU-T H.264, 14.0 Edition (2021-08-22) for all profiles specified therein, and
VII. ISO/IEC 13818-2:2013 3rd Edition (2013-10-01), including Annexes A, B, C, and D, but excluding Annexes E-L.
